Twosense Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 10th, 2024
We at Twosense (“TWOSENSE”, “us”, “our”, or “we”) are strongly committed to transparency, and we want you (“you” or “your”) to understand how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information, as well as how you can manage the personal information we collect.
Our products and services are intended for business customers and not consumers. They are designed to protect you by improving the security of your devices and the technologies you use while reducing the inconveniences caused by traditional security measures. We do this by comparing the patterns in how you typically use a device or technology with how the device or technology is being used at the moment. In order to build a profile for you, we focus on how you use your device and technology rather than on what you do or say with your device or technology. For example, we focus on your typing behavior (such as speed, cadence, variability, press time, etc.), but not on what you type, which we do not collect or use. Since we do not need to know what you say [or where you go] to improve security, we do not collect the content of your conversations [or your geographic location]. But the more we can collect about how you use your devices and technologies, the better we can protect you without inconveniencing you.
This Privacy Policy applies to your interactions through the use of our products, services, and features, either online or offline, including our website (www.TWOSENSE.ai) (collectively, the “Services”), unless you are an enterprise customer, in which case the terms and conditions of our agreement with you will apply. By using our Services, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services. If you do not understand, or if you have questions about, this Privacy Policy, please contact us before using, or continuing to use, our Services. Our Services are not subject to new comprehensive consumer privacy laws in the United States, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy, from time to time, by posting the changes here. We will also provide you with notice by prominently posting on our website or app, via email or both, if we make any changes to this Privacy Policy that materially affect your rights. Your use of our Services after we have made changes to our Privacy Policy will mean that you have accepted those changes.
